Every purchase on Nexgino Elements gives you a licence from the item's author. The licence is non-exclusive, worldwide and cannot be transferred.
Regular licence
- Use the item in one end product for yourself or one client.
- The end product can be free for its users, or paid if the item is not the main thing being sold.
- You may change the item to fit your project.
Extended licence
- Use the item in one end product that you sell, including products where users pay to access it (for example SaaS apps).
- Includes everything the Regular licence allows.
Not allowed with any licence
- Reselling, sharing or giving away the item itself, alone or bundled, even if modified.
- Using the item in more than one end product without buying another licence.
- Claiming the item as your own work or putting it on another marketplace.
Free and premium downloads
Items downloaded for free or through a Premium plan follow the licence shown on the download certificate.
