These terms apply to your use of Nexgino Elements, run by Nexgino Technology Solutions. By creating an account or buying an item, you agree to them.
You must give correct information, keep your password safe and be responsible for activity on your account. One person may not run multiple accounts to abuse offers, reviews or referrals.
When you buy an item you buy a licence to use it, not ownership of the item. What you may do depends on the licence you choose; see Licenses Terms. Prices are shown before checkout and may include buyer fees and taxes.
Authors must own or have the rights to everything they upload, and must follow the Author Terms. We review items before they go live and may reject or remove items.
Do not upload malware, stolen or pirated work, illegal content, or anything that infringes someone else's rights. Do not try to access other accounts, attack the site, or scrape it heavily.
Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
Keep them honest and respectful. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading or off-topic.
Items are created by their authors. We check items, but we do not promise that any item will suit every purpose. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, commit fraud, or put other users at risk.
These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts in Kolkata, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these terms; the new version applies from the date it is posted here.
